RULES OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY OF KAUNOS KINO CENTRO "ROMUVA" WEBSITE

1. General provisions
Website www.kcromuva.lt (hereinafter - the Website) the rules of use and the privacy policy (hereinafter - the Rules) determine the conditions and procedure for using the Website and the basic principles of collecting, processing and storing personal data, based on which the Website manager - Kaunas kino centras "Romuva", legal entity code 132082597, registers address Laisvės al. 54, Kaunas, LT-44181, e-mail mail: info@kcromuva.lt (hereinafter referred to as "Romuva"), processes the personal data of Website visitors (hereinafter referred to as the User).

All User data collected by Romuva for the purposes and methods listed above is stored as long as the User is active. If the User is not active and does not withdraw consent, Romuva stores the User's data for 3 years, after the 3-year inactive period, the User's data is safely removed from the Romuva systems.

12. Amendment of Rules and Final Provisions
